UY TELEGRAI’U PRESS ASSOCIATION Aick-lakd, This day. The Court held that Mr Jennings did not reside in the Taumatunui electorate according to provisions of the Act, hut in New Plymouth. He was not therefore qualified to be on the roll as an elector. The Court was compelled to uphold that Jen* nings was not at the date of the election qualified to be a member of the House of Representatives.
