TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS.

The following are the train arrangements now in force : Nauiek Line. ARRIVE. Irom Napier—l2.4o pm (mail train stops at no flag stations except Farndon, Tomoana, Pnkehou, Hatuma and Matamau), 1.25 pm and 9.45 pm. FromjWaipukurau— 9.51 am and 6.35 pm. DEPART. For Napier—B.6 am, 2.7 pm (mail train, stops at no flag stations except Mataman, Hatuma and Pukehou ; stops at Makotuku only if required, and stops at Poukawa and Pakipaki only to set down passengers from south of Woodville), and 2.45 pm. For Waipukurau—6.l3 am and 6.0 pm Manawatu Line. arrive. I Fro Wellington— 1.59 pm (mail | train, leaves at 9.8 am, and stops at llu _ flag stations except Paremata, Plimraertou, Paraparamu and Manakau), 5.52 pm (local train connectj a t Palmerston with express to Auckland from Wellington). Passengers can also leave Wellington by the night express at 9.10 (arriving in Palmerston at 12.16 am) and coming on by the morning trains. From Paekakariki (changing at Palmerston) —12.34 pm. For Welliugton—lo am (connecting with express from Auckland at Palmerston, and arriving in Wellington at 2.40 pm), 12.59 pm (mail train, stops at no flag stations except Waekauae, Manakau, Paraparaumu and Paremata; stops at Longburn only if required), 2.15 pm (connects at Palmerston with mail train from New Plymouth, which stops at no flag stations except Koputaroa, Linton, Te Horo and Plimmerton, and at Longburn only when required), and 9.57 pm (connecting with express from Auckland at Palmerston at 3.19 am), arr Wellington 6.26 a ra. For Paekakariki—The 10 am train connects with a slow train at Palmerston, but fox’ all stations beyond Otaki this is beaten by the mail train. Auckland Line, arrive. From Auckland—l 2.34 p m (connecting at Palmerston with {the express leaving Auckland at 8.50 the previous evening).
