Special note. — All correspondence for the Napier meetings must be received at the District Lands and Suryey Office not later than the Wednesday preceding each meeting; and for the Gisborne meetings at the Leeal Lands and Survey Office, Gisborne, not later than the Pripreceding each meeting.
