An Indianapolis report states that the Los Angelos District Attorney and Anti-Union Employers’ counsel, with his chaffeur, have been arrested on a charge of kidnapping McNamara, the alleged dynamiter of the Los Angelos Times office. Proceedings were taken at the instigation of the Labour Party in Indianopolis. A roof fall followed the explosion at Elk Gardens. Twenty- five miners were buried.
