New York, April 25
An Indianapolis report states that the Los Angelos District Attorney and Anti-Union Employers’ counsel, with his chaffeur, have been arrested on a charge of kidnapping McNamara, the alleged dynamiter of the Los Angelos Times office. Proceedings were taken at the instigation of the Labour Party in Indianopolis. A roof fall followed the explosion at Elk Gardens. Twenty- five miners were buried. All hope of rescuing them has been abandoned Several bodies 'have been found. Washington, April 26.
The King sent a congratulatory message to President Taft and the people of America in ccnnection with the Bible tercentenary, and referred to the large part the Scriptures had played in the development of Britain and America.

The Canadian Northern railway officials estimate that 45,000 American farmers have settled along the railway in 1911. The influx into the Dominion this yoir is estimated to exceed 200,000.
