The householders of the undermentioned School Districts having respectively failed to elect a School Committee upon the annual day of meeting, it is hereby notified in accordance with Section 114 of the Education Acts Compilation, 1904, thaj; the Board of Education of the District of Hawke’s Bay have appointed MONDAY, the 11th day of June, 1906, as the time for the nominations, and MONDAY, the 18th day of June, 1906, at 7.80 o’clock in the evening, as the time for the Election respectively of Committees for such undermentioned schools, and have also appointed the Bchoolhouse in each district as the place of meeting of Householders.

The number to be elected to each Committeee mentioned in the First Schedule is NINE, to those mentioned in the Second Schedule hereto SEVEN, and to those mentioned in the Tbid Schedule hereto FIVE. The Householders within the several School Districts are hereby called upon to send in writing to the respective Chairmen of the several School Committees, on or before the 11th day of June, 1906, by post, or delivered so as to be delivered not later than 8 o’clock in the evening, the names of persons being resident Householders nominated by them for election to serve upon the Committee for the year next ensuing, and after the meeting of Householders the Committee elected shall hold its first meeting, and thereat elect one of its number to be Chairman for the year.
