BOMB THROWING AT SEBASTOPOL. PLOT TO MURDER OFFICERS AND SEIZE THE ARSENAL. St. Petersburg, May 29. In connection with the bomb-throwing during the review of troops at Sebastopol, two of the throwers, with two others who gave the signal, came from St. Petersburg. Six sailors were killed, and fourteen seriously and forty severely injured. The Military Governor had a marvellous escape. London, May 29. The Standard’s Odessa correspondent! states that a plot existed in Sebastopo for the army to murder all the officers and seize the arsenal.
