Wellington, This day. By the Waiwera which arrived at Wellington from London, 141 navvies for the Main Trunk rai way came to the colony. A fatal accident occurred on Saturday night on the electric tramway. Daniel Duggan, a single man, boarded the Oriental Bay tram at Courtenay Place.
