Battalion Parade.

TO BE HELD AT WOODVILLE. A battalion parade of the Fifth Wellington (Ruahine) Battalion will be held in Woodville on the OOfch May at halfpast two o’clock. Major-General Babington will inspect the Battalion, and as this will probably be the last occasion on which he will visit the district prior to his relinquishment of the position of Commandant of the Forces, it is anticipated that there will be a big muster of all companies. ■ The following companies will be inspected : —Woodville, Dannevirke, Pahiatua and Ashhurst Rifles, and the Battalion Band. We would like to suggest that the parade be held on the Recreation Ground to enable the townspeople to witness it.

FACTS ESTABLISHED AT COURT

In an action, the cause of which was flagrant misuse of SANDER & SON’S name and other gross misrepresentation by a imitating company, which was tried before his Honor Chief Justice J. Madden, K.C.M.G., LLD., in the Supreme Court at Melbourne, the prosecution showed

1. That Sander and Sons’ Pure Volatile Eucalypti Extract contains all medicinal constituents of the eucalypc, in a highly refined and pure form. 2. That it is much more powerfully healing (antiseptic) than ordinary eucalyptus preparations. 3. That it does not depress the heart like ordinary eucalyptus preparations. 4. That it contains no harmful in gradients, and 5. That it is highly commended by many authorities for the last 30 years as a safe, reliable and effective remedy.

Some imitators have tried to deceive the public by stimulating SANDER & SON’S get up; others have relied on the “just as good’ 1 game. Therefore take care and obtain the GENUINE,

SANDER & SONS’ EUCALYPTI EXTRACT.
