The Servian Crisis.
KING PETER TAKES THE OATHBelgeade, June 28. King Peter attended service at Belgrade in the Cathedral Metropolitan. In the course of his speech be declared that no one fell except God willed it, and the people greeted King Peter as sent by God to lead Servia to progress and prosperity. In receiving the members of the Sknptchina ?.t the Palace, the King shook hands with the Premier and Colonel Macbin, the Minister for Works. The King preserved an extremely grave countenance. King Peter, after reviewing the Army, confirmed Cabinet in their positions, and issued a proclamation announcing that he will rule constitutionally, and promote the happiness and welfare of the people. The proclamation adds that he has left history to, judge of the past, and that be recognises the services and devotion of the Armv.
