DIX’S GAIETY COMPANY. A rich treat is in store for theatregoers on Thursday evening next, when we shall have the pleasure of a visit, the first, of one of Mr P. R. Dix’s celebrated Companies. The fact that Mr Dix has had companies playing in the chief cities of New Zealand for the past five years and that the special Company that he is sending here has appeared for four weeks at the Theatre Royal; Wellington, to crowded houses, is sufficient guarantee that it will be well worth seeing and quite-to-date. The combination includes Arnoldi, the great English Equilibrist, Sherwin, tbe Mad Musician, Miss Ida Rosslyn, soubrette, Mr Jack Kearns, Character Comedian, Mr Ernest Hill, Basso, Miss Emmie Smith, American Coon Balladist, and Misses Beattie and Ivy Gallardi. The company will appear for one evening only.
