Belgrade, June 28. King Peter has started from Geneva ou his journey to the city. A Bill granting an amnesty to all political offenders awaits his sanction on arrival.

King Peter has arrived at Belgrade. He was accorded an ovation by the people. The Premier pre-, sented the King to the Russian, Minister and the Austrian, Minister. The Ist er had no official intercourse with the Premier. Other Foreign Ministers were absent.

The King of Rouraania has resigned the honorary Colonelcy of the Sixth Servian Infantry. The officers of the resiraent telegraphad in reply to the King that he was incompetent to judge their deeds as he, too, had ascended the throne after a breach of military faith, and adding that the regiment forego with pleasure the honor of hearing his name.
