Flat Eaces. —The winner of any flat race after declaration of weights to carry Tibs penalty in all handicap flat events, and for every additional race 71bs extra. Hurdle Eaces.—The winner of any hurdle race pfter declaration of weights to carry lOlbs penalty in the hurdle laces ; of two or more hurdle races 211bs penalty. Note. —In entering horses, owners are particularly reminded that Eules 46 and 53 will be strictly observed. Nominations, Weights, and Acceptances. NOMINATIONS and ENTRIES close with the Secretary at Woodville at 8.30 p.m. on Saturday, Bth April. WEIGHTS for all races on first day of meeting will be declared on Friday, 28th April. ACCEPTANCES for all races on first day of meeting will close with the Secretary at Woodville at 8.30 p.m. on Monday, Ist May. WEIGHTS for all races on second day of meeting will be declared about 8 o'clock on the evening of the first day's races. ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. CONDITIONS. 1. Races 4,0, and Bon each day are open to all horses. 2. No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. 3. A " Hack " shall mean a horse whose winnings in any one race do not exceed .£4O at time of start (Hack and Hunter races excepted). 4. Description, age, pedigree, and performances of horses, and colors of riders must accompany nominations. 5. Entries MUST be accompanied by cash, cheque, or Post-office order. 6. The meeting will be conducted under the " Eules of Racing " as adopted by the Conference of New Zealand Racing Clubs. • Bookmakers will be excluded from Raoecourso and enclosures. Money will be received on the usual condition for investment on the Totalisator by the Secretary. All instructions must be accompanied by Cash or P.O. Order, and must be in his hands not less than hulf-an-hour before the advertised time for starting each race. Contingent instructions will be ignored.
