On Wednesday evening the Premier and Oapt. Russell met andoame to a satisfactory arrangement with respect to the progress of business. - As a result the Estimates passed through the House with little discussion. In the Legislative Council yester% day, the Sunday Labor in Mines Prevention BUI and the Explosives Act Amendment Bill were read § second time. 1 The Council disagreed with the amendments made in this Bill bjtha .
