A Stabbing Case.

♦ A man named Kenneth Bain was admitted into the Waikato hospital on Monday suffering from a stab in the right side. Hjs condition is serious. Two Germans were arrested on suspicion of assaulting Baiu and inflicting the wound. We understand that Kenneth Bain and his brothers lived at four or live years ago. AiK'KijAN)', December 21. Additional particulars with regard to the stabbing of Kenneth Bain at Te Kuti on Friday night show that he was staying at Bonnet's boardinghousc, and a half-cast boy was sleeping in the same room. As soon as the row commenced the boy disappeared. Bain was then stabbed, and nothing was known of the affair till the following morning, when he was found.
