TALK ONE WAY; VOTE ANOTHER.

(to the editor.)

Sir, — I hope the electors of this district will note the fact that our member, Mr C. Hall, voted in the House of Representatives on Friday last for the sale of liquor at Bellamy’s, and remember that this is the gentleman who told us in the Drill Hall that he had believed in Prohibition for the last 20 years, and that in practice he was an abstainer himself; and yet he votes to allow the membe s of Pa lirment to have as much liquor as they want. But the real Liberals like Messrs Carnell, Hogg, Pirani, and a number of others voted for NO liquor to be sold at Bellamy’s.—l am, &c., Hopeful.
