iNYEKCAKGir.L, Saturday. At the Court Mr Poynton committed Minnie Dean for trial for the murder o F Do-othy Edith Carter, and discharged' Chas. D.an. Theie was no evidence at all Bgainsi; the husband, and ho left ths Court without a slain on his character. The police, however, were justified in at resting him tlmy did, not knowing what way the evidence might turn. Mr llanlon, solicitor for accused, admitted that the police acted fairly, and were entitled to credit for the way they worked up (he case. Dean thook hands with his solicitor and left. His wife wil) be t ied at the Supremo Court on Tuesday.
