Instructions as to the insertion or withdrawal of advertisements in the Examiner mnst be in writing. Ad vertisements received without such instruction will bo inserted until countermanded, and charged cordingly. Notice to withdraw advertisements must be given in writing not later than day before issue. Advertisers and subscribers can remit payment by money orders or )-ostage stamps. For the convenience of advertisers replies to advertisements may be sent to the Examiner Publishing Office; but the Proprieio s do not accept ary responsibility. A'liile every care is exercised m regard to the due insertion of advertisements, xhe Proprietors do not hold themselves responsible for the noninsertion through accident or from other causes; and the Proprietors reserve to themselves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business.
