No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. 2. All the races on this programme are open to “ hacks ” only. 8. “ Hacks ” shall mean horses that have never won an advertised stake exceeding the value of 40 sovs at time of start (hack and hutner races excepted) and that are not nominated for a Derby, Guineas, St. Leger, or Sapling Stakes at time of start. 4. “District horses” must he in the district on or before February Ist 1892, and must not be out of the district for more than one consecutive week from that date to April Ist, 1892.

5. No entry will be received for any race except on condition that all claims, disputes and objections arising out of the racing shall be settled by the Stewards or whom they may appoint, and then- decision shall be final. 6. No nomination will be received unless accompanied by the necessary amount in cash. 7. In all nominations, description, age, pedigree, and performances must be given. 8. All horses to be ridden in distinguishing colors, which must be given at time of entry. 9. Metropolitan Eacing Buies will be strictly adhered to.

Admission : — Foot Passengers, Is ; Horses, 2s; Vehicles of any description, 2s Gd ; no horsemen allowed on the Course. All members of the Club and their families (the members of the 1 liter not being over 17 years of age' admitted free to all parts of the Course and Stands, with their horses and carriages.
