The census returns of eight districts, already in, show an increase of 2753 souls over last cencus. Six districts are to come. A fatal accident occurred this afternoon. Four cadets "were out shooting, when one of them, Joseph Garty, tripped over a rifle. It exploded, and another boy was shot through the breast, and died immediately.
