S.- Cheesman, of Counsel for the said Enoch Odling, it is ordered that the said Enoch Odling be adjudicated a bankrupt, and that a meeting of his creditors be held on Wednesday, the 22nd day of October instant, at the Supreme Court House, Wellington, at 12 o'clock noon, for the purpose of choosing a trustee and supervisors of the estate of the said bankrupt.
