Now therefore I, William Fitzherbert, Superintendent of the said Province, do hereby proclaim nnd declare the stockyard of Walter Allan Grant Winchcombe, erected on section No. 79, in the township of Wairoa, in the Province of Wellington aforesaid, to be a public pound within the meaning of the said Act, and that Walter Allan Grant Winchcombe be the Keeper thereof.
