The following telegi'ain was put on board the Albion at Queenscliff : — Melbourne, May 8. Bombay, May 7, 2.26 p.m. (To the Associated Press.) Thiers introduced his constitutional bills on the recommencement of the session. Barodet and other deputies promised to support Thiers in his efforts towards indefinitely instituting a Government as a Republic. The motion of Sir C. Dilke in the House of Commons in favor of a x*edistribution of seats, was rejected. Lord Chelsea, of Chelsea, a conservative, has been returned for Bath.
