There are two houses on the estate, one of four rooms, the other of seven rooms and outbuildings, garden and orchard. The tenancy will be annual notice, terminable after the first three months, commencing from the first of April next. The tenant will not be bound to insure or repair, but will havo to covenant not to cut the timber or plough up grass.
