MR HOWARD WALLACE has received instructions from the Mortgagee to sell on Wednesday, 10th May, AT MASTERTON. Section .No. 8 of the Opnki Plain, lately in the occupation of Mr T. W. Tankersloy, and situated about two miles from Masterton. Tho section, comprising 1346 acres of valuable agricultural land, of which a considerable portion is in English grass and fenced, will be offered to the public in 17 allotments of from 50 to 100 acres each, and has been so subdivided as to give to each allotment bush (a good deal of totara) and river, and frontage to a road.
