WOODWARD, Esq., J.P., &c— Sic, — The Rhodes Highway District Board of Wardens, &c., having by and with the consent of tho Provincial Government, lapsed, and the cause of such lapse having now torinimtted, we, tho undersigned ratepayers of the district request you to tnke such measures as will enable them to hold a meeting of the voters of tho district, which is to be called the Rhodes Highway District.
