Notes. — Wet disagreeable weather on 4th and sth from S.E. ; wefc uud squally from N.W. on Bth ; tolerably lino from 9th to 15th, wind generally N.W. ; showery, cold and disagreeable from 16th to 19th, wind S.E. ; Gno bright dry N.W. weather on 20th and 21st, but changed to S.E. on night of 21st with rain ; fine again on 22nd ; wet on 23rd and 24' h from S.E, ; fine and bright on 25th with JN.W. wind, but suddenly changed to S.E., and blew hard and rained heavily ; fine on 26th, 27th, and 28th, but came on to blow from S.E. on night of 28th with rain and hail ; nlso hail on 29th, and very cold ; clear dry weather on 30th and 31st.
