SUPREME COURT— SITTINGS IN BANKRUPTCY.
Friday, January, 7. (Before Mr Justice Johnston.) in be c. eobkbts. Mr Travers asked in the case of Richard Roberts for an adjournment ; or enlargement of the time of hearing, as bankrupt had gone to Australia on business. Ordered to stand over. IN BE W. BOWLES. Mr Travers applied for an adjournment on the ground of complication in the affairs of the estate in consequence of which the report bad nofc been prepared. Mr Buckley opposed the adjournment. After some argument, Mr Buckley, withdrew his opposition, and the adjournment was granted. IN BE EDWAED MORGA.X. Mr Izard appeared for the trustee, Mr Travers for bankrupt. Mr Izard asked for an adjournment as the accounts had not been fully prepared. Mr Travers did nofc oppose, and the adjournment was granted. Mr Izard fchen applied for liberty to trustee and supervisors to examine the bankrupt, on oath privately. The bankrupt was then sworn in open Courfc, and the application was granted. The case was adjourned to February 15th. IN KB IttC_Aßl> WAKELIN. Mr Buckley, who appeared for bankrupt said there was no opposition, .and applied for bankrupt's discharge. There being no opposition and fche trustee's report being satisfactory, Discharge granted. IN BE JAMES STUAET. Mr Buckley for bankrupt, said that the trustee was afc Goodall's redoubt, and could not file the accounts. James Stuart' deposed that his petition and statement were correct ; his trußtee was afc Buckthorpe's redoubt, and had not been in a position fco do anything. < Mr Buckley applied for his conditional discharge. His Honor said he would make an order adjourning fche cose, the bankrupt nofc being required to attend unless he received notice of opposition. '<
