Public Notices. | IN THE DISTEICT COUET OF WANGANUI Holden afc Wanganui. In tho matter of the Bankruptcy Act, 1867, and in the matter of James Hansen and Anthon Christiansen, late Sheep Farmers at Wanganui, bankrupts. WHEREAS by order of this Court, dated the fourteenth day of February, one thousand eight hundred and sixty-eight, the said JAMES HANSEN and ANTHON CHEISTIANSEN, wero adjudged bankrupts, and whereas by said order, the said bankrupts wore allowed twonty days from the dato of tho dolivery of a copy thereof at their last known place of abode, to shew cause to the Court against tho validity of the adjudication, and whereas the said bankrupts have not appeared within that time to shew cause, and the said adjudication having now become absolute, it is ordered that a meeting of the creditors of the said James Hansen and Anthon Christiansen be held on Tuesday, the thirty-first day of March, one thousand eighfc hundred and sixtyeight, at three o'clock in tho afternoon, in tho Court House at Wanganui, for the purpose of choosing a fit person fco bo fche trustee of the estate and effocts of the said James Hansen and Aufchon Christiansen, and for tho purpose of choosing fit persons as supervisors of the said estate. And ifc is hereby further ordered, thafc the said bankrupts do appear and surrender on or before the fourth day of May next, at 10 o'clock in the forenoon.
