.; Public Notices WELLINGTON MUTUAL INVESTMENT SOCIETY. CLASS No. 2. NOTICE is hereby given, that in accordance with the rules, a now Class of Shareholders has been formed, to be called Class No. 2. This Class will date from the commencement of the Fifth year of the parent society, and will, in like manner, terminate " at the oxpiration of ten years from the first monthly meeting of the Clues, or at an earlier period if it shall appear that there are sufficient funds belonging to the Class to pay to each unrealized sharo the sum of Fifty Pounds." The first monthly meeting for the payment; of subscriptions will be held on Monday, the 30th March ; the next meeting will be held on the third Monday in May, and thereafter on the third Monday in every month until the objects of this I Class of the society are fully accomplished. I An Entrance Fee of 2s 6d per share to be paid for all shares taken previous to the monthly payment in May, and all subscriptions not paid' on the third Monday in May will become chargeable with a fine agreeable to the rules.
