ITenders. TO CONTRACTORS. THE Telegraph Commissioner is prepared to receive tenders for the erection and maintenance of a line of telegraph between Napier and Parangahau, both in tbe Province of Hawke's Bay. Tenders to state separately the price per mile for erection, and tho price for the maintenance of the line for twelve calendar months. Each tender musfc be accompanied by a deposit of twenty-five pounds sterling as a guarantee of good faith, which deposit will be forfeited by any tenderer if, in fcho event of hi 3 tender being accepted, he refuse to fc.iko up the contract. Each tender must include the names of two sureties for approval, who are willing fco become bond for tho duo performance of fche work in fcho ovonfc of the tender being accepted.
