THE Telegraph Commissioner is prepared to receive tenders for the erection and maintenance of a line of telegraph between Napier and Parangahau, both in tbe Province of Hawke's Bay. Tenders to state separately the price per mile for erection, and tho price for the maintenance of the line for twelve calendar months.
