Wednesday, November 20. breaches of traffic act. George Biddlo was convicted, at the instance of Arthur Braithwaite, of a breach of tho Traffic and Highways Act, and finod 20s and costs. David Benge was charged by Constable Brady with a like otl'enco. Adjourned for a fortnight. CIVIL. N. Valentine r J. Harrington— £17 19a 3d. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and Coßts. W. Hughey v W. Robinson— £ls l2s. Neither party was in attendance when tho case was called on for hearing.
