WE, tho undersigned, hereby pledge ovvraolves to act as a Provisional Committee for the purpose of forming a company for laying down a tramway from Wellington to the Wairarapa district, at Masterton, as shown on plan by Messrs Charles O'Neil and Ben, Smith, Civil Engineers, said tramway to be called tho " Wellington and Wairarapa Grand Trunk Tramway," with a capital of £120,000, in 12,000 shares of £10 each, with power to increase to 24,000 shares.
