TOSEPH CHAD WICK has been favored with instructions from THOMAS GLIESON, Esq., to sell by public auction (if not previously disposed of by private bargain), on WEDNESDAY] tho 23rd OCTOBER next, upon the premises, at 1 o'clock, all that valuable property known as THE BEN NEVIS FABM, situated on the Bonny Glen Road, about four and a half miles from the Twrakina market. The property consists of 400 acreß of good Fern Land. Forty acres of this land ia laid down in English grass ; thirty-live acres cropped with tha best Tartarian oats ; fifteen acres of bush (niOßtly Manuka). • : Also a new, substantial, and elegantly built TWO STOREY EIGHT ROOMED HOUSE, neatly fitted, painted and papered throughout.
