"ftTOTICE is hereby given, that Mr. Jamos i_N Wallace, of Wellington, Storekeeper, hasthU day made an assignment of all his real and personal property in favor of David Anderson and William M. Bannatyno, of Wellington, Merchants, who will forthwith wind up the estate for the goneral benefit of creditors. All moneys owing to tho above estate, must bo paid either to David Anderson or William M. Bannatyne, on or before the 31st day of October next, and all debts owing to the estate, which shall not have been paid by tho 15fch day of November next, will be placed in tho hands of a solictor for collection.
