DEUHKkNNBSS. John Nicholas, Joseph Kelly, and H. Edmiston, tho two former were fined 10s., and the latter fined £1 for the above offence. GAMBLING. One of the persons who had, on a previous occasion, been brought up, charged with gambling on board the steamer Wangunui, and who escaped punishment on account of a technical legal difficulty taken by his counsel, applied to have his roulette table returned to him.
