PA PUKEMAIRE.
Thb following is a sketch of the Pa Pukemaire, captured by the Colonial forces on October 9th, a full account of which will be found in our supplementary columns.
A. — Earthworks all round the Pa, about eight feet high and four feet wide on the top, with steps inside for tho besieged to mount up for the purpose of firing over. 8.-— Rifle pits. || || Passages under earthwork communicating from the rifle pits to interior of Pa. o.— Gateß. D. — Rampart, passages underneath. E. — Angle attacked by Bigge.
