George Sutherland was charged by James Gallivjw, A. P., with a like offence ; reprimanded and discharged. Richard Barry made nn application for the transfer of license of the Ship Hotel; transfer made. Monday, 18th April. John Slarks was charged by John Crowden, A.P., with drunkenness ; Fined ss, in default of payment to be imprisoned 48 hours. William Bergin was charged with a like of fence, and fined 20s. Henry J.
