ADELAIDE. Saturday, 9 p.m. A man named Gardiner, a farmer at Yankalilla, attempted suicide by strychnine yesterday. Stomach pumps were promptly used, and he is now supposed to be out of danger. On the application to Supreme Court to admit Mr Michie on a future day, Judge Boothby objected, Mr Michie not being a practitioner within the jurisdiction of the Court.
