Lectubes at Karori and Taita. -^The thirteenth monthly lecture wa3 delivered at the Karori School House, on the 3rd July, by the Uev. H. W. Scott, Congregational Minister. Subject-^ •' The Good Tiina Coming." The audience listened with mucli interest to tho remarks of the lecturer, on the leading evils under which the men groan, and the indications of their coming removal.
On the following evening, Mr. Scott repeated hU visit to the Taita, where an overflowing audienoa of juvenile.-i was interested and instructed by a fierier of diagrams, &c., shown from the nip,. lantern.
