When, from any cause, an old wound re-opens and begins to discharge, it may always be healed by this Unguent, and cases of sore legs which have been a eoutinued source of torment for twenty years, have been radically cured in six weeks by the same process. The swelled leg of Australia and the Indies, yields at once to this Ointment, * Piles and Fistulas. This valuable Ointment extinguishes the cnuses of these complaints, removing them with perfect a fety, when all other meftns have failed. * Case of Predisposition to Consumption. At last, I was obliged to quit the police force at Liverpool, and come to London ; I was admitted into St. Bartholomew's Hospital, oven them I obta'ned no relief whatever, and was ultimntely persuaded by a friend to try Hollowny's medicines. These effected a perfect cure in six weeks. — London. January 30. 1859. In similar cases it is earnestly recommended that the Ointment should be very effectually rubbed into the chest, stomach, aud on the right side, keeping them covered with a cloth, hiokly spread with the Ointment. Scorbutic Sores and Skin ' Diseases. Wonderful Cure of D:'*>»sy The following extraordinary statemsnt was forwarded by the highly respectable proprietors of the Graham's Town Register, dated Dec. 14th, I8 r >B. "John Dreyer, 23 years of age, (a respectable Dutch Farmer,) residing in the Queen's Tow i District \ came to the bouse of our informant (a storekeeper') and complained that he had been suffering from dropsy, and showed him one of his lags, which was very much swollen. About a month afterwards, our informant was passing Dreyer's house, when to hip surprise he saw him at work shearing sheep, Dreyer then informed him that finding nothing had done him any good he hnd recourse to Hollo way's Ointment which he ru bed all over his body. At first it gave him excruciating pain, but by perseverance in using the Ointment lie began to reoover, and when our informant saw him he was yerfeotly oured.
