There is extreme agitation in Europe. The desceut of Garibaldi on Sicily has ignited the flames of discord and revolution-Hid the opportunity has been thus given to wake up agitation iv other quarters. Garibaldi left Genoa 6th iustant, with two steamers and übove 1500 men, aud 20 canon, aud effected a lauding at Marsala on the 1 1 th, and almost immediately hostilities commenced. After landing three Neapolitan steamers bombarded Marsala. The insurrection is spreading all over Sicily, nnd theie is a panic at Naples. The Neapolitan Government has applied to Spain for troops, and an alliance, offensive aud defensive, is said to - nave been concluded, between Naples, Austria, Rome, and the Aichdeacon lately deposed. Garibaldi htis called upon the inhabitants of the Marshes aud the Neapolitans to revolt. Cdlabra is iv arms, aud the King of Naples has called for foreign intervention. There is a report to-day fr<»m Paris that Messina is in the hands ot the insurgents; if so, the Neapolitan troops have only posses^on ot Palermo on the island,
