Victualler, of the first pnrt, and James Meliss Stuart and John Gibsou Kinross, both of Wellington aforesaid, niewhantd, of the Beqond part, and the Seventl other persons whose names and Reals were thereunto subscribe! and set, being severally creelitors of the said Dnnie! Munn of third part. After reciting a certain Deed bearing dnte the said Bth dny of October, 1858, and made between the said Daniel Munn of the one part, nnd the snid James Meliss Stuart and John Gibsun Kinross of the oilier part, being a Conveyance by the said Daniel Munn to the said James Meliss Stuart Rud John Gibson Kinross, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, of j>ll the real nnd leasehold Estates of the snid Daniel Munn. Stock in Tssi'le, Goods, Wares, and Merchandise, Household FuMiitme, Plate, I ii«en, Oh ; n.i, rSooks of Account, Mook and "th^r Debts, sum aud sums of Money, mnl all Horses, Cal'le, Sheep, (Jnrts, Drnys, VVbalehoats, and othev Boats, and nil other the personal Estate ami KQfeCia whiit^oever and wheresoever, of him the said Daniel Mnnn, in posw session, reversion, expectancy, or otherwise, (except the wearing nppnrel of the saiil Dunie' Munn, and of his wife arid children,) upon r.ersain Trusts in the said Deed jnent'oned, and amongst oilier Tru>ts, upon Trust that if the said Daniel V?unn should not. on the first day of October, 18')0, pay the several debts in the said Deed of Assignment meniioned and thereby secured, that ilion tho said James Meliss Smnrt and John Gibson Kinross, and the survivor of ihem, do and sh<i!l tiilce possession of, ei!l in, collect, anil receive, al l and singular, the real and personal Estates of the said Dai)i«l Muun, pnd *ell the same 119 in the snid Deed of Alignment mentioned.
