It was witnessed that for the considerations in the snid Deed of As--Bignmentmentioned, the snid Daniel M<unn (lid thereby assign and set over unto the said James Melisi Stuart and John Gibson Kinross, thair exectrors, administrators, aud assigns, all and eveiy the Stock in Trade, Goods, Wares, and Merchandise, Household Furniture, Plate, linen, China, Books of Account, Book and other Debts, sum and sums of Money, nnd all Horses, Cattle, Sheep, Curts, Drays, Whalebonts, nnd other Boats, aud all other the personal Estate and Effects whatsoever aid wheresoever, ofjiim the said Daniel Munn, in possession, reversjpn, expectancy, or otherwise, (except the wearing -apparel of the <snid Daniel Munn, and of his wife and children,) upon certain Trusts in the said Deed mentioned, aud amongst other Trusts, upon Trust that if the said Daniel Munn should not on the first day of October, 18">9, pay tlie several debts in the said Deed of Assignment mentioned and thereby secured, that then the snid James Meliss Stuart and John Gibson Kinross, and the survivor of them, do and shall take possession of, call in, collect, and receive, all and singular, the real and personal Estates of the said Daniel Munn, nnd sell the same ns in the said Deed of Assignment mentioned. Aud we hereby caution and warn all persons from dealing with the said Daniel Munn, ia respect of any of the said real and personal Estates of the said Daniel Munn, so conveyed aud assigned to us. , Dated this 15th dav of November, 1859.
