It. was witnessed that for the considerations in the said Depdof Assigumcntmeniioned, the snid Dnniel Munn did thereby assign nnd set over unto the said .James Mdis3 Stuart and .John (Jil>son Kinross, their execu ovs, administrators, and assigns, all anil evoiy the Stock in Trade, Goods, Wares, and Merchandise, Household Futnituie, Plale, I ii.en, China, Books of Account, liook and other Debts, sum und sums of Money, aud all Horses, Cutile, Sheep, dirts, Drnys, Whaleboats, and other Boats, and all other the personal Estate and Efleeis whatsoever vi d wheresoever, of him the said Daniel Mumi, in possession reversion, expectancy, or otherwise (exI cept the weaiing uppnrel of the snid Daniel Aluun, and of his wife and children,) upon certain Trusts ' iv the suid Deed mentioned, and amongst oilier Trusts, upon Trust that if the said Daniel Munn should not on the first day of October, IS')9, pay the several debts in the said Deed of Assignment mentioned and thereby secured, that then the said James Meliss Stuart and John Gibson Kinross, and the survivor of them, do and shall tuke possession of, cull in, collect, ami receive, all and singular, the real and personal Kstates of the said Daniel Munn, end sell the same ns in the snid Deed of Assignment mentioned. And we hereby camion and warn ' all persons from dealing with the said Daniel Muun, ia respect of any of the said real aud personal Estates of the said Daniel Munn, so conveyed and assigned 10 us.
