It was witnessed that for the considerations in the »aid Deed of Assignment mentioned, ilie snid Daniel Munn did thereby assign mid sot over unlo the said .Tames Melis-j Stuart and John Gibson Kinross, their executors, ndmtnistmtors, and assign's, all and every the Stock in Trade, Goods, Wares, and Merchandise, Household Fumituie, Plate, t ircen, China, Books of Account, Hoolt and oth.M- Debts, sum and sums of Money, imd all Horses, Ontile, Sheep, Carts, Brays, Whalebonts, nnd oilier Boats, and all other the personal Estate and Effects whatsoever aid wheresoever, of him the said Daniel Munn, in possession, reversion, expectancy, or otherwise, (except the weating nppurol of the snid Dauiel Munn, anil of his wife and children,) upon certain Trusts ii the said Deed mentioned, and nntongst other Trusts, upon Trust Unit if the said Daniel Munn should not on the first day of" "October, 1809, pay the several debts in tlie said Deed, of Assignment mentioned and thereby secured, that then the said James Meliss Stunrt and John Gibson Kinross, and the atnvivor of ihfin, do and shall tuke possession of, call in, collect, ami receive, all and sinfirnlar, the renl and personal Estates of the said Daniel Munn, pnd sell the same ns in tho suid Deed of Assignment mentioned.
