It was witnessed thnt for the considerations iv the said Deed of Assi.ciitncntmeniioneii,ilie Rtiid Daniel Munn did thereby assign and set overunto-the said James Melisi Stunrt nnd John Gibson Kinross, their exeuu'ors, adninistriifors, and assigns, all and evety the Stouk in Trade, Goods, Wares, and Merchandise, Househoid Furniture, Plate, I iuen, China, Books of Account, Hook aud other Debts, sum and .sums of Money, und all Horses, Cnt : .le, Sheep, Carts, Drays, Whaleboats, aud other Bonts, and, all other the personal ttstute and Effects whatsoever raidS wheresoever, of him the said Dauiel Munu, in possession, reversion, expectancy, or otherwise, (except the wearing- iippmel of the stiid Dtiuiel Munu, and of his wife taid children,) upon certain Trusts in the said Deed mentioned, and nmougst oilier Trusts, upon Trust that if the said Daniel Munn should not on the first day of October, 18.*>0, pay tie several debts in the said Deed of Assignment mentioned uud thereby secured, that iheu the said James Meliss Stuurt and John Gibson Kinross, and the survivor of them, do and sliall tnke possession 1 of, cr.ll in, collect, aud receive, all aud singular, the renl t.nd personal Estates of the said Daniel Munn, pnd fell the same ns in the snid Deed of Assignment mentioned.
