"1, William Cole, of 21, Wood Street, Cheapside, London, hereby declare that I have used FTolloway's Ointment and Pills for about a month, for most violent pains in the chest and stomach, these pains were supposed by the medical men of Liverpool to indicate consumption. I was told that nothing could be done for me, and that my case was hopeless. At last, I was obliged to quit the police force at Liverpool, and come to London ; I was admitted into St. Bartholomew's Hospital, even there I obtained no relief whatever, and was' ultimately persuaded by a friend to try Holloway's medicines. These effected a perfect cure in six weeks. — London. January 30, 1859. Wonderful Cure of Di<opsy The following extraordinary statement was forwarded by the highly respectable proprietors of the GraiianCs Town Register, dated Dec. ldth, 18^8. "John Dreyer, 23 years of age, (a respectable Dutch Farmer,) residing in the Queen's Town District came to the house of our informant (n storekeeper) and complained that he had been suffering from dropsy, and showed him one of his legs, which was very much swollen. He had then been to Doctor Zeiler, for medicines, and it wa3 then remarked by all who saw him that he was not long for thia world. About a month afterwards, our informant was passing Dreyer's house, when to his surprise he saw him at work shearing sheep, Dreyer then informed him that finding nothing had done him any good he had recourse to I Tolloway's Ointment which he rubbed all over his body. At first it gave him excruciating pain, but by perseverance in using the Ointment he began to recover, and when our iformaat saw him he was perfectly cured.
