lEigtellaneous XjkfV HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, that by Deed * 7 of Assi&hmout dated the Nth day of October. 180R, and made between Daniel Munn,. formerly of Wellington, in ih^ Province of Wellington,, and Colony of New Zealand, but then of Napier, in the District of Ahuriri, in the same Province, Licensed Victualler, of the first pnrt, and James Meliss Ptttnrt and John Gibson Kinross, both of Wellington aforesaid, mercbantd, of the second part, and the severnl other persons whose names and seals were thereunto subscribe! aud set, being severally creditors of the said Daniel Munn of third part. After reciting a certnin Deed bearing dnte the said Bth dny of October, 1858, nnd made between the said Daniel Munn oi' the one pnrt, and the said James .Meliss Stuart and John Gibsim Kinross of the other part, being a Conveyance by the said Daniel Munn to the said James Meliss Stuart nnd John Gibson Kinross, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, of ?.ll the renl nnd leasehold K.stntes of (lie said Daniel Munn. It. was witnessed thnt for the considerations in the said Deed of Assknmentmentioned, the stud Daniel Munn did thereby assign nnd set over unto the said James Melisj Stuart ami John Gibson Kinross, their execu'ors. administrators, and assigns, all aud cvety tho Stoik in Tra'le, Goods, Wares, and Merchandise, House- . hold Furniture, Plate, 1 ineu, China, Uoolcs of Accouut, Hook and other Debts, sum and sums of Money, and all Horses, Catile, Sheep, dirts, Di-nys, Whalebonts, and other Boats, and all other the personal Estate and Effects whatsoever aid wheresoever, of him the said Daniel Munn, in possession reversion, expectancy, or otherwise, (except the wearing nppnrel of the snid Dnnie' Munn, and of his wife and children,) upon certain Trusts in the said Deed mentioned, nnd amongst other Trusts, upon Trust thnt if the said Daniel Mum should not on the first day of October, 1839, pay the severnl debts in the said Deed of Assignment mentioned and thereby secured, that then the said James Meliss Stuart and John Gibson Kinross, and the survivor of them, do and shall tnke possession of, cnll in, collect, and receive, all aud singular, the renl and personal Estates of the said Daniel Munn, pnd sell the same as in the snid Deed of Aasignment mentioned. And we hereby caution and warn all persons from dealing with the said Daniel Munn, in respect of any of the said veal and personal Estates of the said Daniel Muun, so conveyed and ussigncd to us.
