W15 v HEREBY GIVE NOTICE, that by Deed "of Assignment dated the Bth day of October. 185$, arid [made between Daniel Munn, formerly of Wellington, ih' ihu Province of Wellington, and Colony of New "Zealand, but then of Napier, in the District of Ahuriri, in the same Province, Licensed Victualler, of the first part, and James Meliss ■ Stuart and John Gibson Kinross, both of Wellington aforesaid, merr.hautd, of the second part, and the several other persons whose names and seals were theieumo subscribe 1 ! and set, being severally creditors of the said Daniel Munn of third part. After reciting a cerUin Deed bearing dtue the said Bth day of October, iBSB, and made between tho said Daniel Munn of the one part, and the said James Meliss Stuart and John Gibson Kinross of the other part, being a Conveyance by the said Daniel Muim to the said James Meliss Stuart and John Gibson Kinross, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, of tM the real and leasehold Kstnies of the siiiil Daniel Munn. It was witnessed that for the considerations in the said Deed of Assignment mentioned, the snid Daniel Muim did thereby assign and set over unto the said James Melisa Sttinrt and John Gibson Kinross, their executors, -mlttunistratorg, and assigns, all and every .the Stock in Trade, Goods, Wares, aud Merchandise, Household Furniture, Plate, I iiien, China, Books of Aceouut, Book and other Debts, sum and sums of Money, and all Horses, Cattle, Sheep, Carts, 'Drays, Whaleboats, and other Boats, and all other the personal Estate and Effects whatsoever atd wheresoever, of him the said Daniel Munn, in possession, reversion, expectancy, or otherwise, (except the wearing nppnrel of the said Daniel .Munn, and of his wife and children,) upon certain Trusts iv the said Deed mentioned, and amongst other Trusts, upon Trust that if the said Daniel Muun should not on the first day of October, 1809, pay the several debts in the said Deed of Assignment mentioned and thereby secured, that then the said James Meliss Sluart and John Gibson Kinross, and the suivivor of them, do and shall tuke possession of, cull in, collect, and receive, all and singular, the renl and personal Estates of the said Daniel Muun, pnd sell the same as iv the snid Ueed of Assignment meutioned.
