MR. ALLEN begs leave to inform the Public of New Zealand and the neighbouring Colonies, that he has taken out an Auctioneer's License. He is open to receive Commissions either in Wellington or from the neighbouring Colonies ; the principles of his business .are simply these—he has abolished that grievance to buyers, namely, Lot Money ; he proposes to render prompt Account Sales, and, as promptly, to hand over the Cash or Bills according to the terms of sale. Catalogues will invariably be printed, containing an exact list carefully Lotted of all the Goods Mr. Allen may have for sule. Mr. A. proposes to select one day in each week, and thinking that Tuesday would he the most convenient one, he has fixed npou'that day. On Tuesday, therefore a Sale in every week, should the weather not be too boisterous, will be effected by him, at the Stores of Mr.W. F.
